Before you get too excited, I was
sick all weekend. Food consumption from Saturday
morning to Monday morning consisted of one serving of yogurt, a peanut butter
and jelly sandwich, and a veggie patty.
I did drink a lot of water, OJ, Vitaminwater, and took a crap load of
legal, over-the-counter drugs. We’ll see
how much of the weight loss sticks. I
did have a pretty decent week of clean food and exercise; so, I might be in
luck.
I have pretty boring stats this
week. That only means I must have
actually eaten pretty clean.
