Well I followed a bad week of
training with a 1.5 pound increase in weight.
Ugh! Though it wasn’t the best week of food intake, it wasn’t that
bad. I did have some pizza, a hamburger,
and a little crappy food at a Super Bowl party, but come on!!! I still got in seven hours of cardio! My body hates me.
The only thing to do this week, is make it a better one.
