Ouch… not
a good week of training. With two snow
days mid-week and an uber busy work week, I missed a lot of training. On the bright
side, I did salvage my Friday run and both Saturday and Sunday workouts. Saturday’s ride was my longest solo ride
ever, just about 60 miles. Though my
legs were wasted afterward, it felt pretty good. Sunday's run wasn’t too bad. It was raining and windy, but I knocked it
out and I wasn’t the worse for wear.
